Where is my seat?
What may you buy with the Paradise Cove Card?
The Paradise Cove Card may be used towards the purchase of beverages, merchandise in Marketplace & arrival/specialty photograph(s). It is valid only for the night of the Luau. Exclusions may apply.
What is the latest that I can make a reservation online?
Online reservations are accepted until 12PM on the day of the Luau. Please call our reservations department at (808) 842-5911 for additional assistance.
Are you open every day?
We are open daily. Gates open from 5:00pm and ends around 9:00pm (Please note that start and end times may vary slightly)
What happens if it rains?
Someone will contact you if we decide to close our luau due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Do you need special accommodations
We’re glad to help and assist in every way possible. Please call us 3 days in advance to inform us about any special requirements.
Do I get to choose my seats?
Due to logistical reasons, we do not allow our guests to choose their seats.
Are you a Hawai`i Resident? We have Kama`aina rates!
