We wanted to send our heartiest kudos to you and your staff for the fabulous evening at the Paradise Cove Luau on July 25, 2007. This was one of the best, if not THE best, off-site function that we have ever had for this conference group. They have been meeting annually for 44 years and they certainly won’t forget THIS function!
The entire evening was well orchestrated but never “rushed.” Your friendly staff greeted 785 of our attendees at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and transferred to Paradise Cove in a timely manner. On board the coaches, there was a bit of cultural commentary on the way and the evening’s fun agenda was spelled out with humor.
There were so many entertaining things to do before dinner that everyone ran out of time, rather than running out of interest. The food buffet was very good, plentiful and well-organized. The entertainment was exceptional. I can say that because I’ve seen a lot of luaus in my 35 years in the conference and incentive business!
In conclusion, I would happily refer ANY GROUP to this wonderful venue, regardless of whether they are a small group on a “public” night OR if they are considering a complete “buy out”, as we did for the IEEE NSREC. And when we have other groups on Oahu in the future, you can bet that we will be there at Paradise Cove sometime during our stay!!
