we had a great time celebrating Valentines day and our daughters sweet 16th. Great views. lots of activities. food was amazing

Well worth the money. If you’re in Waikiki spend the money for the round trip transportation. It’s not just a bus ride the entertainment literally starts on the bus and makes the trip fun. Some folks complain about the food. If you’re used to southern potluck bbq. You’ll enjoy it. No it’s not a 150 dollar per person dinner. But the trip. The show. The all you can eat bbq and the views (some of the most beautiful on earth) make it an evening worth the money FOR SURE. It’s a must if you’re visiting Honolulu.

One of the absolute best experiences our family has had. Beautifully talented performers and the service was top notch. Must do family activity on Oahu!

The food was good, and the show was entertaining. The sunset was AMAZING!!! Cousin Mo and Captain Alfred ROCK!!!! The bus ride was the best, thanks to Cousin Mo!!! When we arrived at our stop no one wanted to get off. Cousin Mo is a diamond in the rough. Thank you for the great memories.

Great Luau experience. Food was tasty, sunset was beautiful and the show and staff are amazing. most of all, our host for the bus tour and experience when we got there. "Mo" was super talented, thoughtful and helpful!! Hilarious on trip there and back!!

So happy with everything as a whole! We got the Orchid package with transportation. Captain Riki was a great driver and Cousin Mo was amazing! The Luau was beautiful. There were many photo spots for amazing photos. The food was yummy. The show was beautiful. You get a Mai Tai as you walk in and a card with enough for 2 more drinks. After the Luau our bus was the party bus. Cousin Mo was hilarious we sang the whole way home and wanted to stay on the bus longer. Mahalo!

Paradise Cove Luau is one of those places where the setting does most of the talking and it speaks fluently. The oceanfront views are absolutely phenomenal, the kind that make you pause mid-conversation and just take it all in. Sunset over the water alone feels like part of the show.

The food is good and satisfying, and the performances are genuinely entertaining, with enough energy, fire, and storytelling to keep both kids and adults engaged. It is clearly designed to be family-friendly, and they execute that well. There is a sense of ease here. No rushing, no pressure, just a well-paced evening that works for all ages.

Now, the one hiccup: the drinks. They are on the expensive side, and the pours are wildly inconsistent. One cocktail might be decent, the next feels like a hopeful memory of alcohol. It is not a deal-breaker, but it is noticeable, especially given the price point.

That said, Paradise Cove Luau delivers where it matters most: incredible views, good food, fun shows, and a welcoming atmosphere for families. Go for the scenery, stay for the experience, and maybe temper expectations at the bar. Overall, it is a great night out and a classic Oahu experience done right.

A fun loua with a beautiful view
Danny B.
This place is awesome. Too bad they are closing due to big money buying out the property. Dec 31, 2025 last day
Steve B.
The Luau we did was great but, not excellent entertainment wise. The food also was good and again not overly great. Shopping gave us many choices and the Island was beautiful.
Dean R.
All though this is the last year they will be open, if you can it's must see and experience everyone there was very friendly and full of excitement. Sad to see such a place go.
Sarah P.
So sad the property got bought out. Best luau on the island. Have been 3-4x.
Ram S.
One of the best locations for a luau with beautiful sunset and stage. The show could have been better. It was ok. Food is like any other luau. Luau are not for the food but the show. Fire dance and dance performers were nice but the commentary was lacking excitement.
vijee B.
Don’t miss this Honolulu’s luau! It’s the island’s best, with vibrant dances that beautifully tell the story of Polynesian culture and an epic fire dance finale.
Rhys
Absolutely stunning setting for this Luau. Great service. Unfortunately its closing down at the end of the year. We are unsure but think this may have been why it was not as good of a show as one of us had experienced before.

The games and photo opportunities were great but slight rushed.
CRE A.
Great show and very tasty food...
Julie
It is an awesome place to go. Food, entertainment and staff is too notch. It is sad that they will close in December.
Tony G.
Great food and show. Shame is it closing. The activities before hand was fun and talking with the performers added to the night. The staff is fantastic.
Craig S.
Was a must do on the visit bucket list. So sad to hear it has been sold. 😔
Seen a endangered seal.
Dancers were awesome and very talented.

Mahalo From Paradise Cove Lū‘au

Aloha and mahalo nui loa.

As we look back on our final sunset at Ko Olina, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been part of the Paradise Cove Lū‘au ‘ohana for more than four decades. Since opening our doors in 1978, Paradise Cove Lū‘au has been a place where thousands of stories, traditions, and celebrations have come to life along our beautiful shoreline. Today, we honor that legacy—and each of you who helped shape it.

To our guests from Hawai‘i and around the world: mahalo for choosing to spend your evenings with us, for sharing your time, your laughter, and your aloha. Whether it was your first visit or your fifteenth, we are grateful that you allowed us to be part of your memories. It has been our privilege to welcome generations of families and to share the culture, history, food, music, and traditions of Hawai‘i with you.

To our incredible employees, performers, musicians, and cultural practitioners: you are the heart of Paradise Cove Lū‘au. Your dedication, talent, and passion breathed life into every sunset show, every dinner under the stars, every chant, every hula, and every warm welcome. The spirit of aloha you carried each night is the true foundation of our legacy.

Over the past 40+ years, our Event Garden and chapel have been home to so many of life’s most meaningful moments—from baby lū‘au to graduation celebrations, weddings to family reunions, and countless gatherings of friends and loved ones. These memories, created in the glow of torches and beneath the Hawaiian sky, will forever be a cherished part of Paradise Cove Lū‘au’s history.

Our time in Ko Olina has come to an end, but not our connection to the people and traditions we cherish.

From our ‘ohana to yours, mahalo for the past 40 years of love, support, and unforgettable moments.

A hui hou… until we meet again.

Mālama Pono, a hui hou,

Paradise Cove Lū’au
